About Jo

Jo was born in Neptune, NJ while her father was in the Army stationed at Fort Monmouth.  After her father’s time in the Army her parents moved back to Rochester, NY and then to Fairport, NY where she grew up and graduated high school.  Jo continued her education at Monroe Community College, SUNY Buffalo and later in life Daytona State.
Jo has over 40 years of experience as business professional, working with clients to provide excellent service and customized support in a number of industries, such as mortgage lending and property management. She is known within the industry as a dynamic problem solver providing tremendous customer support.
She has lived in Florida for over 20 years and loves the East Coast of Florida and the beautiful beaches. Her hobbies include; cooking, baking, gardening and spending time with her family and her fur babies (Tia and Gertrude).
Jo has a dedicated client­ focused approach to Real Estate, yielding seamless transitions for her customers. I will advise and direct you in the selling process, assist you in negotiating and facilitation offers and counter offers, specifically with price, terms and contingencies. Analyze market data to help you determine the best price keeping in mind days on market expectations.  I will proactively market and advertise your home using all of the resources at my disposal to insure your home receives the buyer’s.
